Castillo, Pedro

Pedro Castillo works at Therma-Tron-X, Inc. as Managing Director for México & LATAM, and has been involved in the metalworking industry for more than 20 years. Pedro also is Founding Partner of INQ Strategic Partners, founder of altruistic initiatives, and member of different board of directors for companies in Mexico and USA.

Pedro is active member of CCAI, education board member of PCI, communication board member for AMAS (Mexican Surface Finishing Association).

Pedro has experience working in diverse industries as Aerospace, Automotive, Chemistry, Ceramics, Glass, Metalworking, Business Consulting, Information Technology. Pedro has worked as Senior Manager on technology consulting firms as Accenture and Neoris.

Pedro holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Manufacturing Systems, both from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM Campus Monterrey). Pedro holds certifications in Electrocoating, Powder Coating, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, has completed business leadership programs at Dale Carnegie and University of Cambridge.

Pedro lives in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.
