Burbey, Michael

Michael Burbey is the North American Integration Manager for General Metal Finishing at Atotech USA. He specializes in the integration of finishing processes into manufacturing processes. He is responsible for identifying opportunities to combine the many coating layers that Atotech and its channel partners offer into hybrid systems that meet current / future finishing requirements. This process spans initial qualification to commercialization.

He is an expert in advanced corrosion protection systems and is responsible for developing zinc and zinc alloy processes in combination with a variety of topcoats.

Michael has over 40 years’ experience in his field.
