Title: Advantages of Hyper Nucleating Zinc Phosphate Systems Over Traditional Titanium Based Zinc Phosphate Systems

Description:

Attendees can expect to learn more about the zinc based rinse conditioners and how their impact can change their zinc phosphating process for the better.

Abstract:

Hyper nucleating zinc phosphate systems are being used more and more in the metal finishing industry. With the need for tighter coating weight control and higher quality finish requirements, these systems offer more advantages than the traditional titanium based zinc phosphate systems. Hyper nucleating zinc based rinse conditioning has many advantages over traditional titanium based rinse conditioning. Lower chemical usage, easier controls, more consistent coating weights, and additionally more robustness when processing multiple metal substrates in a single system are few of the advantages of the highly efficient zinc phosphate systems. This presentation will discuss the advantages zinc based rinse conditioners have over traditional titanium based rinse conditioners and how they affect the end user’s operational costs, performance quality and process consistency.
